About me

Hello, I am Bianca! A 24 year old mother to a 3 year old precious daughter and wife to my amazing husband!

I just recently learned about all the harmful chemicals, gmos, etc. in our food so I decided to go 75% meatless and eat as organic as possible. Through out my journey I've learned how to cook without using meat, being creative and putting a healthy twist on all of my favorite meals. That not only my daughter who is an extremely picky eater with eat without a struggle but my husband enjoys too! This blog will include, recipes, snack ideas, fitness with my daughter, and an over all a healthy lifestyle YOU too can incorporate into your life! Because honestly when I first started I had no idea where to start!
